Combining functions

Hello, I am trying to combine the following two functions in the same cell. Can someone help me combine them please?

=IF(B9>B5,ROUNDUP((SUM(B6*B11+20)/100)*2),1)

=IF(B9<B5,ROUNDUP((SUM(B6*B11+20)/100),1))
